MEET THE FOUNDER

Curious by nature.

I’m Annie, founder of Creator Bridge Media. I’ve never been very good at staying in one lane. If something interests me, I want to understand how it works—and I usually end up finding a way to put what I learn to practical use.

NOT A TYPICAL PATH

A background built around figuring things out.

My path to Creator Bridge Media definitely hasn’t been a straight line.

I became a journeyman electrician and spent years working in commercial electrical construction. Later, my work moved into medical coding and charge capture. I’ve also spent years exploring real estate, independent business opportunities and new ways of using technology to work smarter.

I’ve always been comfortable learning something new. Computers and technology came naturally to me, but I’m just as happy learning with my hands—whether I’m troubleshooting something, working with an animal, growing food in the desert or figuring out a new trail.

Those experiences may look unrelated on paper, but they have something important in common: I like to understand the problem before trying to build the solution.

LIFELONG CURIOSITY

I’m interested in people who know things.

The internet is full of information. What interests me much more is the knowledge people gain from years of actually doing something—and the questions their audiences ask because they want to learn from that experience.

Animals & the outdoors

Dogs, horses, donkeys, hiking, gardening and the kind of hands-on learning that comes from living with animals and spending time outside.

Health & active living

A long-standing interest in nutrition, movement, longevity and practical ways people can remain active and engaged throughout life.

Business & opportunity

Real estate, independent income, technology and finding overlooked possibilities that can be turned into something useful.

Learning almost anything

If something catches my attention, I tend to dig into it. I’m a reader, researcher and lifelong learner who genuinely enjoys understanding how things fit together.

AWAY FROM THE DESK

There’s more to life than a screen.

I live in the Arizona desert, where life away from work usually includes animals, dirt roads and a lot of time outdoors. I hike regularly, garden in a climate that makes you earn every successful plant, and share my place in the Arizona desert with my husband, Jerry, and a collection of animals that make life considerably more interesting—dogs, horses, donkeys and goats.

I’m also a lifelong reader. I can disappear down a research rabbit hole pretty easily when something catches my interest. And when I get the chance, I’d much rather explore a back road, trail or off-road course than spend the day sitting still.

That mix of curiosity and hands-on experience is a big part of why Creator Bridge feels like such a natural fit for me. I genuinely enjoy meeting people who know their subject inside and out, learning what makes their audience tick, and spotting possibilities they may not have considered yet.

And then there’s Zippity.

The donkey in our logo is very real. I raised Zippity Hee Haw from the time he was a seven-day-old orphan, and years later he found himself with a new job: the face of Creator Bridge Media.
